Can you set aside items for the family?
Yes. Give us the list before we start: paperwork, photos, jewelry, furniture someone is keeping. We stage it in one spot and haul everything else.
What if we're doing an estate sale first?
Run the sale, then call us for what's left. We take the leftovers, the pieces that didn't sell, and the boxes in the attic and garage nobody got to.

I live out of town. Can you handle it without me there?
Yes. Most estates we clear have family out of state. We coordinate access with your agent, attorney, or a local contact, and send photos before and after.
